Q : What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We only accept paypal at this time. If you do not have a paypal account, you can use a credit card through paypal when you check out.

Q: Do you offer a discount on shipping if I buy more than one item?
A: YES. You will be able to see the discount in the shopping cart when you check out. The more items that are purchased, the bigger the discount.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes we ship all products internationally. The cost will be displayed in the paypal shopping cart.

Q: Where do items ship from?
A: All items ship from Canada.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: It all depends on where you are located. We have seen shipping times as little as 4 days from Canada to the UK, and some European countries.

Q: Will I receive instructions with the programmer?
A: YES. We always send information and shipping confirmation to the PayPal email address that you used to order the product.

Q: I have some suggestions on adding more features to my programmer.
A: We are always looking to improve our products. We depend on our customer's feedback in order to make improvments to our products and services. Feedback is welcome!

Q: Do the programmers come in kit form (i.e. not assembled)?
A: No, not at this time.

Q: Is the firmware available for all programmers?
A: No, not all. Some firmware is available by request with the exception of the fuse programmers and Standalone programmers.

Q: Why I am continuously getting errors when trying to restore my avr's fuses to factory defaults?
A: Most of the problems are due to the incorrect voltage of your power supply. You MUST read the instructions that you received when you purchased the programmer. There is a detailed troubleshooting section that will most likely provide an answer to your problem.
